At
the beginning of this new year, we remain spiritually united in prayer,
especially that of the Cenacles, which help us to be faithful to the Blue Book,
which has never been so prodigiously current as now (cf Lk 18,31): "For
those who wish to listen and understand, everything has now already been revealed
" (December 24, 1984, 300, j). "The pain must increase for all ...
Welcome them, as did the Heavenly Mother (...): I understood that this
suffering was asked of me by the Father (...). I ask of you also, my beloved
children, prayer and suffering, as your personal collaboration in preparing a fitting
dwelling place for Jesus who is about to return in glory. (...) And suffer with patience and with trust. As for me,
so also for you, the suffering which the Lord asks of you to form part of a loving
plan of his..."(Ibid., d-l)
In
this year of the consecrated life, ask Our Lady, "with you and through
you, to live well all the commitments we have assumed by our baptismal and priestly
consecration."

In
2014 I participated in Cenacles in these countries: in Brazil, in France, three
regional Cenacles in Italy, national Cenacles in Ireland, Spain, the
Philippines, Hong Kong, in Taiwan, a
large neighboring country, and in Korea (one place). I visited 45 cities, with
34 flights, presiding at 84 Cenacles, which were attended by two cardinals, 13
bishops, 270 priests, and 80,000 faithful. Many priests and faithful continue
with confidence to do Cenacles in their areas: thus, "You give a great force of intercession
and reparation to your Heavenly Mother ..." (22 March 1995, 540, d).
Ten
archbishops and bishops and about 200 priests and 30 lay apostles of the
Movement participated in the retreat at
Collevalenza, in the form of a continuous Cenacle.

Vice-Responsible, has been able to become completely available for the Movement:

Lombardy. He will preside over some regional Cenacles in Italy in the spring,
and then will be able to go all over the English-speaking world: you must
figure out your requests for him.
The
first biography of Don Stefano Gobbi, well prepared and carefully checked by me
and P. Quartilio, is about to leave the San Paolo Press. We booked 5,000 copies
in Italian. For the translations, find someone who can translate into their
mother tongue, and put them in touch with the Paulines in your country and with
the official residence of the Movement.
The Spiritual Exercises
These will be held as
usual for Bishops and Priests of the MMP Collevalenza, from Sunday evening 21 June to Saturday 27 am,
at the Shrine of Merciful Love. For

Meditation
We
take up the homily of Pope John Paul II, on 13 May 2000 in Fatima, for the beatification
of Jacinta and Francisco, "How many
victims in the course of the last century of the Second Millennium! (...) The
Message of Fatima is a call to conversion, alerting humanity to have nothing to
do with the Dragon” (cf. Rev 12,3) as throughout the twentieth century. But
at Fatima, the Holy Father says, there is another apocalyptic "great sign" "According God's plan, there came from heaven to this earth to visit
the privileged children of the Father, "a woman clothed with the sun"
(Rev 12,1). She speaks to them with the voice and heart of a Mother.. "(So
also, my book “was the instrument for carrying to the heart and soul of many
beloved children the voice of the Heavenly Mother. (January 21 1984, 282,
b) This homily shows that we can speak of these times as apocalyptic
times (Rev 12). This is not just a
weird fantasy, but possesses the authority of Pope John Paul II.
The
MMP is thus presented as a continuation of the Message of Fatima, also as an apocalyptic
message: "The miracle of the sun, which took place during my last
apparition was only a prophetic sign to indicate that you should all look at the Book which is still sealed
[the Book of the Apocalypse]. "(October 13, 1987, 366, g).
In
this perspective we are invited to perceive in front of the "woman clothed
with the sun" the first "Apocalyptic beast", which is the red
dragon; for our times, this is Marxist
atheism (14 May 1989, 404). The Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) calls it
a "false messianism" (CCC 676), i.e., a "false Christ" (cf.
Mt 24,4). This took an aggressive form
for the conquest of the entire world exactly four days after the miracle of the
sun: in Russia on October 17, 1917 the Bolshevik Revolution began. "These
are seventy years during which my
opponent Satan has come up from the abyss into your midst to manifest himself
as the Red Dragon in all his terrible power. " (October 13, 1987, 366, b).
Continuing
with the reading actualizing the Apocalypse, in ch 13 we can identify in the "Beast"
like a panther with practical atheism, which wants to reproduce at the level of
all nations "conspiring together," the original sin of rebellion,
"against God and His Christ" (Ps 2,1-3), presenting this rebellion in
the form of a messianic humanism that saves by itself alone. CCC 675: "The
persecution (...) will unveil the" mystery of iniquity "in the form
of a religious deception offering men an
apparent solution to their problems at the price of apostasy from the truth.
The supreme religious deception is that of the Antichrist, a pseudo-messianism
by which man glorifies himself in place of God and of his Messiah come in the
flesh. " (" A special gift of my Immaculate Heart for
these times of yours is the Catechism of the Catholic Church, which my Pope
has wished to promulgate, to be, as it were, his shining last testament”. 1st
January 1993 486, p).
The
scope of this false humanism of this false universal messianism, is not only to
deny God, but also to blaspheme him. Some passages of the Blue Book
individualize very clearly this "beast”. There is no point saying the name
of something that appears superfluous. It is dangerous to step on the body of a
poisonous snake if you are not able to crush his head. But let us leave the Madonna
to do this with confidence, because this is what she will do "at the end",
as it is written at the beginning (Gn 3:15) and on the last page of the Bible
(Rev 20.1-3). "In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph.”
Continuing
with Apoc 13,11, we read of the beast like a lamb: the "false prophet.”
that is, the antichrist in person, who unfortunately "goes out from us"
(1 Jn 2:19), like a mystery of Judas. He will deliver the Church to his
opponents with a kiss, a sign of love to her, the better to betray her.
"How many of these poor sons of mine are even now abandoning the Church, either
criticizing and challenging her, or even going so far as to betray her and
deliver her into the hands of her adversary! " Is it with a kiss, Judas, that
you betray the Son of Man?". "(March 19, 1978, 150, h-i).
We
should not tempt God, asking, "Lord, who is it? "(Jn 13:25). Jesus
never specified in advance before his disciples who the traitor was. This would
mean condemning a person. Let us obey our Heavenly Mother, with confidence:
"let the tongue free itself to form words of goodness, of love and of
truth (...). Let the mind open itself only to thoughts of peace and mercy, of understanding
and salvation, and never let it be sullied by judgment and criticism, much less
by malice and condemnation. "(March 4, 1981, 222, e-f). " Within my Immaculate
Heart, I will build your interior equilibrium, my beloved sons, because today you
have need of being ever more prudent and well-balanced. "(March 25, 1979,
173, q-r).
For
this reason, Don Stefano did not want any other writings or messages to be
distributed or discussed in Cenacles apart from the Blue Book and meditation on
it. This is a condition for holding cenacles, without which you must abstain
from holding them.
Jesus
communicated who the traitor would be but only to the beloved disciple, the one
who rested on His breast. At the last
moment. It is a terrible secret ... Our
Lady does not say that it will be revealed by who knows what mystic, let alone through
the Internet, but says one thing that holds
us all responsible: "... It will be
made evident by the very events themselves that are about to take place in
the Church and in the world. "(March 15, 1993, 489, d). So we must recognize this from the events, by
means of eyes that see, ears that hear, intelligence who understands. Thus we must
discern "the works of Christ" (cf. Mt 11.2 to 4 and 13:15); so you
must discern the works of the Antichrist (2 Thess 2.9 to 12). The Madonna asks
for a “conscious” obedience (July 25, 1977,
130, n): "prudent and balanced", without however subtracting anything
from the truth, otherwise Jesus could rebuke us: "You hypocrites! You know
how to interpret the appearance of the earth and sky; why do you not know how
to interpret the present time?” (Lk 12.56 to 57).
We
read on February 10 1978, 147, d: "Darkness will descend upon the Church
and will become even more dense after your heavenly Mother has come to get the
soul of the first of her beloved sons, Pope Paul VI, who is consummating on the
cross his supreme sacrifice.” But we had John Paul II, cf 1 January 1979, 167, “Precisely
When Satan was under the illusion that he had conquered, after God had accepted
the sacrifice of Pope Paul VI and of John Paul I, I obtained from God for the
Church the Pope who had been prepared and formed by me.” Then," When this
Pope will have completed the task that Jesus has entrusted to him, and I will
come down from heaven to receive his sacrifice, you will all be wrapped by
dense darkness of apostasy which will then become general. Only that small
remnant will remain faithful which, in these years, welcomed my motherly
invitation, if it remains enclosed in the safe refuge of my Immaculate Heart.

In
the Circular of 2008, Don Gobbi said,: "We are faced with a very
dramatic situation of the Church, so
dramatic, that the Holy Father Benedict XVI describes it like this: "Lord,
the garments and face of your Church are so dirty that they throw us into
confusion. But it is we ourselves who have soiled them! It is we ourselves who betray you every time,
after all our big words, our big gestures. Have mercy on your Church: also on
her interior. Adam always falls anew. With
our fall, we drag You to the ground, and Satan
laughs, for he hopes that she will not be able to rise again from that fall;
he hopes that You, being dragged down in the fall of your Church, You will
remain on the ground defeated "(Card. Ratzinger, now Benedict XVI ', 9th
Station of the Cross, March 25, 2005).”
"There's
another secret Sanhedrin which every day judges and condemns Him, often made up
of those who, among his people are invested with power.” (April 17, 1981, 224,
f) This Sanhedrin of hidden authority is dictatorial (cf. Acts 5:28). The
apostles of the last times you see prohibited "in a subtle but firm way,"
to talk about some truths of faith as they are not in conformity with the
contemporary outlook. "We are building a dictatorship of relativism,"
said the future Benedict XVI in his homily at the opening of the Conclave on April
18, 2005: "to have a faith clear, according to the Creed of the Church, is
often labeled as fundamentalism. Meanwhile the relativism, that is
"letting oneself be carried here and there by every wind of doctrine"
(Eph 4:14) appears as the only attitude that can cope with modern times.”
Blessed
Paul VI had prophetically glimpsed this time: "... Within Catholicism
there seems to predominate sometimes a non-Catholic way of thinking, and it can
happen that this non-Catholic thought, within Catholicism, will tomorrow become
the stronger. But it will never represent the thought of the Church. It is
necessary that a small flock subsist, no matter how small it might be." The Secret Paul VI, Jean Guitton (1986),
pp. 152-153. ("Recite often the profession of faith, composed by
the first of my beloved sons, Pope Paul VI (29 June 1968) (...), as he foresaw
these difficult moments.” December 3 1986 340, h).
The
antichrist will put itself in the place of the true Christ in the Church. Where
is "the same Christ, our Passover" (CCC 1324), in the Church? In the
Eucharist. So the fight is focused now on the Mystery of the Eucharist. In 2
Thess 2,3-4, we read that the Antichrist "will rise above every so-called
god or object of worship,” that is above the Eucharist. It does not do this
clearly, but always with subtle ambiguity, so that in the end the anti-Christ
will be able to "abolish the sacrifice" (Daniel 12:11)."By
accepting the Protestant doctrine, people will hold that the Mass is not a
sacrifice, but only the sacred meal, that is to say, a remembrance of what
Jesus did at his Last Supper. "(December 31, 1992, 485, u). It is a "Jesus
of history" reduced to the past, that this Sanhedrin secretly calls
"the Christ of Faith" but it is a false Christ in a false church.
Saint
John Paul II, in Ecclesia de Eucharistia,
10, writes: "At times one encounters an extremely reductive understanding
of the Eucharistic mystery. Stripped of its sacrificial meaning, it is understood
as if it does not go beyond the meaning and value of a fraternal banquet. (...).
The Eucharist is too great a gift to
tolerate ambiguity and depreciation.”
This
is the focal point of all the apocalyptic attack against God, against His
Christ, against His Church. There is no need, then to speak of the "black
masses, a diabolical and sacrilegious rite, which is becoming more and more
widespread and which has, at its culmination, unspeakable and obscene acts
directed against the Most Holy Eucharist." (31 March 1988 377, l)
"You
are called to more and more become the apostles and new martyrs of Jesus present in the Eucharist ... (July 13, 1978,
156, n). "The Church will be shaken
by a terrible persecution, a new persecution such as has hitherto been unknown."
(November 12, 1988, 393, h)" Satan is maneuvering more and more openly in
My Church ... "(December 31, 1975, 90 h). “In appearance everything
remains calm and it seems that all is going well. Actually, (...) these are the times, foretold
by me, when Cardinals will be set up against Cardinals, bishops against
bishops, priests against priests and the
flock of Christ will be torn to pieces by rapacious wolves who have found their way under the clothing
of defenseless and meek lambs. Among
them there are even some who occupy posts of great responsibility and by means
of them Satan has succeeded in entering and operating at the very summit of the
Church. (6 Sep.1986, 332, g-h) "Soon this division will become open,
strong and widespread, and then you will have to be the bonds which unite those
who want to remain in the unity of the faith... "(July 5, 1985, 311, p)
the times foretold to you by the prophet Zechariah have now come" ( Zech
13.7 - 9) (November 22 1992, 482, i). (Cf March 11, 1995, 539, k).
"The
Church (...) too is climbing Golgotha for her crucifixion and agony. (...) in
the sure expectation of her resurrection. "(Good Friday April 9, 1982,
244, g,k) This is also announced by CCC 677: "The Church will enter the
glory of the kingdom only through this final Passover, in which she will follow
her Lord in his death and resurrection.”
"Under
the bloody scourge of this terrible trial, how are you to avoid being scattered
and discouraged and to remain strong in the faith and faithful only to Jesus
and his Gospel? My Immaculate Heart will become your strongest defense ...
"(June 7, 1986, 326, h).
The
first thing to do is therefore have confidence: "Respond in only one way:
by offering me the suffering you experience, and have confidence, confidence, confidence in your heavenly Mother.
"(February 11 1978 148, u). "The Almighty in carrying out his plan in
every age, always makes use of this trust alone"(July 26, 1976, 104 f-g).
"Look only to my Immaculate Heart, take refuge and warm yourselves here , strengthen
yourselves here, feel yourselves in safety here. Abandon yourselves completely
to my Immaculate Heart: then only will you correspond to my plan of salvation.
"(15 March 1975 70, h).
The
second is to pray more: "Such difficult and dangerous moments are drawing
close that only those can be saved who accept
my invitation to pray always with me. "(21 November 1991 460, e). “The humble and fragile cord of the holy
Rosary forms the strong chain (Rev 20,1- 3) with which I will take as my
prisoner the dark ruler of the world, the enemy of God and his faithful
servants. (...) With these (cenacles) you make it possible for your heavenly
Mother to take action in binding Satan so that I may thus carry out my mission
of crushing his head, that is to say of defeating him once and for all,
shutting him up in his abyss of fire and sulfur.” (October 7, 1992, 479, t, s).
The
Cenacles, especially family Cenacles,
are "like torches lit in the night,
like sure points of reference, like shelters needed and sought for (...), a
safe dwelling place in the trial that now awaits you. "(1 January 1990,
417, k).
The
third, as I said in the beginning, is to
accept with patience and confidence the
sufferings that the Heavenly Father sends, in order to correspond to His
eternal design of love.
Our
hope is supernatural, that of Mary at the foot of the Cross: "I want all
of you near me, the sorrowful Mother
(...) to teach you (...) to hope with heroism, even against the evidence of things.”
(April 2, 1988, 379, d)". This is not the end of my Church; what is in
preparation is the beginning of its total and marvelous renewal. "(October
18, 1975, 83, m-p)” For the Church a new spring of the triumph of My Immaculate
Heart is about to burst forth. "(March 9, 1979, 172, f-g) This is the
conclusion of the Book (December 31, 1997, 604, v = 172 m).
The
apparent defeat at the Cross is part of the "loving plan of the
Father": "My Adversary will one day think that he is celebrating a complete
victory: over the world, over the Church, over souls. It will be only then that
I will intervene - terrible and victorious - that his defeat is all the greater,
when he is certain in his conviction that he has conquered once for all.
"(October 18, 1975, 83, c-d).
"In
these times, in the Catholic Church will remain a little remnant who will be
faithful to Christ, to the Gospel and to its entire truth. The small remnant
will form a little flock (Luke 12:33), all guarded in the depths of my
Immaculate Heart. "(June 11, 1988, 384, i).
May
it please God to accomplish thus His loving design of Salvation, through Mary, by
means of the weakness of the little ones consecrated to her Immaculate Heart.
With
her forever let us sing the Magnificat to the glory of God alone.
